What we collect

Your name, email address or phone number, and the type and time of your appointment.

Why we collect it

To schedule your appointment and send you confirmations and reminders. Legal basis: Article 9(2)(h) – health care provision.

How long we keep it

Contact details and appointment records are retained for 7 years in accordance with Belgian medical record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to object and the right to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as it was given; this withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out, nor processing that relies on another legal basis, such as properly managing appointments already booked (legal basis: health care, see above). To exercise these rights, email the practice; we will respond within one month.

Who processes your data

Your data is hosted and transmitted by our technical providers (hosting and email) acting as processors under contract. We never sell your data to third parties.

We may update this privacy notice; the version shown here before confirming a booking is always the most recent one.
